What is estimated availability?

Certain airlines do not provide the possibility to search for certain tickets online. One example is SAS EuroBonus which does not allow searching for first class tickets through their online website. However thanks to the fact that AwardFares uses multiple different frequent flyer programmes as the source of our data we are able to estimate the availability even in those cases when it's not available online. We do this by combining data from other sources with insider knowledge about how these usually relate to the availability for the estimated program.

You can see that the availability is estimated by expanding the flight and looking at your relevant FFP.
